About heating heating and cooling::cooling:Human
Regarding heating and cooling, cooling systems, it is important to understand the different types and their efficiency. Heating systems can include furnaces, boilers and heat pumps, while cooling systems normally involve air conditioners, fans and refrigeration. The choice depends on factors such as climate, size, house size and energy efficiency, and operational costs.
Take into account that you are travelling to a country that has very light legislation regarding the thermal behaviour of buildings and has very high energy costs.
However:
The apartment provides two efficient air conditioners for heating/cooling two rooms free of charge. The two larger rooms. One on the ground floor and another on the upper floor.
For the initial reasons:
Any heating/cooling beyond what is offered is budgeted separately according to the guest's needs and the cost based on the accommodation logistics and the Portuguese energy market.
The location is perfect. Just 2 minutes walking from the Douro River and the Port Wine Cellars. The main point of the City.
